WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE TO WOUNDED/DISABLED VETS?
The foundation of our business is to work with wounded/disabled vets who previously enjoyed shooting with no issues. But due to their injuries, whether it was combat related or due to an accident or illness we’ll work with them and do our best to modify a build to get them back on the range shooting.
IS RESILIENT ARMS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION?
No, Resilient Arms is not a non-profit organization but we are proud to support several veteran causes. Outdoors for Our Heroes works directly with us to help get vets with wounds that previously impeded them from hunting to enjoy the sport again. We also recognize that suicide is taking many of our warriors lives every day, which is why we contribute a portion of our profits to help reduce the number of suicides plaguing our veteran community. On the streets and homeless, unfortunately is where many of our vets end up due to a number of issues related to combat or having difficulties assimilating back into a community that doesn’t understand what they have been through, which is why we also donate a portion our profits to this cause.
DOES RESILIENT ARMS OFFER A WARRANTY?
All of our products have a lifetime warranty; if something breaks we will replace it!! You are responsible for shipping costs though.
WHAT IS RESILIENT ARM’S RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30 day money back return policy on items that are returnable. Each item we make or order is custom built or custom ordered to your specification, so we must charge a 20% restocking fee for orders returned for no fault of Resilient Arms (Return shipping is paid by you).
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER BEING QUOTED?
Yes! If we have not begun production, if a change is needed you must email us with your order number and your requested changes.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MILITARY?
YES!!! A 10% discount is provided to our Law Enforcement and Military customers.
